Not seeing correct downloads

After a new customer account has been generated, it will be assessed for valid customer status, and only then will account permissions be elevated to allow Software Download access.

It can take up to 12 to 24 hours for this to happen.

To check if access has been granted, Sign Out, and Sign In again.

If you still cannot see expected download access, and are sure you should have access to specific software, please contact Light Illusion via the Contact form, stating the software types you should have access to, as well as the Username the account is registered under.

Only accounts associated with valid customer data will be provided elevated access.

Installing ColourSpace - AV Software False Virus Warning

When downloading or installing ColourSpace it is possible AV software will flag a False Positive, as ColourSpace is is both obfuscated and packed.

Any False Positives can be ignored, and ColourSpace should be White Listed to prevent future False Positive warnings.
