TPG Enable/Disable by a shortcut has been inserted in last releases. This helps to avoiding possible burning, as, by disabling the patch generator, a black patch is sent to the display and patches are not displayed when inspecting measured patches. But, sending a black patch has the side effect to cool down the panel. In case of unstable panels (my experience is on OLED's and a water cooled projector) you do need, for avoiding wasting time in warming up them again, to keep them in a stable status. I have experimented a very effective solution, based on combining CS and OLED iTPG. Basically, opening a window, by a click, a preset warming patch is overlapped by the iTPG. The same click (toggled) disables the iTPG.
