If you use a Pre-Roll, with real variable patches, is does a better job of warming everything up...

Okay, successfully ran the 21 Cube profile overnight. I ran it with 1-second Stabilisation and the Pre-roll 1000 patch set from your site. Drift was set to 50, but oddly only created 186 drift patches? Drift is still sawtooth, and blue highlights are clipping a bit.

Yeah, that looks to be as good as you can get with that monitor.
The drift shows that is just what happens with the monitor during general use.
And the gamut clipping is showing the maximum gamut the monitor can achieve.

Hi, I ran further profiling and a 3-second integration time with the i1D3 is what really tightened up the drift, relatively speaking. It's now between 1 and -1. I've attached a ZIP with the 21-cube profile, the LUT, and a small verify profile. The RGB separation is still ugly. I'm running a longer verify now.

That's probably as good as you will get.
The pre-calibration profile still shows some very strange volumetric 'distortions'.
That is why the post-calibration RGB Separation is not 'clean'.

I'm using Resolve on Mac as the patch generator with a Blackmagic 3G Monitor output box. I confirmed with bars and black that the signal is the right level range. So that should be solid there. I'm tempted to try and use HDMI out of the PC with Spacematch.

I generated a LUT from the 21-cube pre-cal profile above using Map Space based on the user guide displays with poor RGB channel separation (bad cross-coupling), but especially on displays with a smaller gamut than the target colour space.

I then ran a ~1400 patch verification using that LUT and it seemed to work very well. Is there a reason I shouldn't use Map Space in this scenario? Why makes Peak Chroma vs Map Space a better option?
