Error saving the PDF, 'file opened somewhere else', and possible slow saving operation

When attempting to save a PDF Report some users will see the error message "Error saving the PDF, file opened somewhere else".

This is actually an incorrect error message, as it is not the PDF that is 'open' somewhere else...
The real issue is that for some reason the PC is not allowing LightSpace CMS to 'open' the default Light Illusion Logo for the PDF Report.
(Although the error message doesn't make this obvious...)

If you select a different logo to use, navigating to the Logo from within PDF Report options menu, the error will not happen.
We are talking with Microsoft to see why this happens on some PCs, and not others.

Please note; If you ignore the error message, the PDF Report will be generated, just without a Logo!

Separately, some users have reported slow operating when saving a PDF Report.
Research has shown this can be due to two different reasons.

1) The PC is low of RAM, and is having to use the disc for virtual memory - this slows the operation down a fair bit.
2) The second reason seems to be that the Windows 'English Language Pack' is not installed on the PC running LightSpace CMS.
(With the English Language Pack installed PDF export should be a lot faster - we are again looking into why this is.)
