With the release of v9 LightSpace, including the New Gen3 Colour Engine, there is a requirement for all user licenses to be reset.
This is stated within the 'Changes' note provided with the v9 software download, as well as within the body of the actual download email.
The Changes note states:
-- Change to Licensing to reduce lockout due to OS updates
(Will require a license re-set by Light Illusion, so plan that into any update schedule!) And the download email states:
***If UPGRADING FROM A PRE v9 LIGHTSPACE INSTALLATION YOU WILL NEED TO REQUEST A LICENSE RESET!***For information on requesting a license reset see:
