We have changed the way Light Illusion Software Downloads work, and who can download what software.

We have introduced a 'User Registration' system on the website, so all users that have purchased licenses can simply log-in at any time, and download the latest version of their purchased software.

All customers will need to register, and after initial registration will then have their access permissions elevated to enable direct download of the most recent versions of their specific software(s).

This is also the case for ColourSpace ZRO, as although the ZRO license is free, it will not be openly available to all.
All users interested in ColourSpace ZRO will need to fill in an 'Access Request' form, and their request will be assessed for acceptance, or not.

When an Access Request is successful, the user will be provided an individual ZRO license, valid for 365 days, after which a new license request will need to be made.
The user will also need to register with the website, and after initial registration will then have their access permissions elevated to enable direct download of the most recent version of ColourSpace ZRO.
(Note: ColourSpace ZRO is a totally different build to the main ColourSpace program, and the two are not interchangeable.)

Non-software General Downloads will remain as they presently are.

I assume license issues such as "resets" that pop up from time to time will continue to be handled the way they currently are?

Yep, no changes there.

With ColourSpace, the user has the ability to perform up to 5 'deactiavtions' and 'reactivations'.
If there is an issue that means a deactivation can't be done (PC/hard drive trashed) a deactivation can be requested via the 'Licensing' page of the website.
(We can also increase the Deactivation limit, if a user has a valid reason as to why the defined limit of 5 has been used.)

For LightSpace, and all other software, hardware information resets are also requested via the 'Licensing' page of the website.
