Hello,
Pulling out my hair here. I have been able to calibrate my Flanders monitor in the past, but it's been a (long) while...
MacPro 2013, OS 10.13.6, Resolve 16.2.5, Lightspace is running on Windows 7, the xRite i1 probe is recognized, Resolve and Lightspace connect, but after clicking Measure and Start I get the above message. I even tried on another Mac, same error msg...
Any thoughts, tips, ideas welcome.
Cheers

You have an old i1D3, and AIO mode is not supported...

Ok, and... what are my options?
This worked before, same Lightspace version, same PC, same probe, the only thing that's changed is the MacOS and Resolve versions.
Thank you for your help.

If you have an old i1D3, and AIO mode is therefore not supported, it will never have worked.

You will have to use a different Sync option, as you must have used previously.

This is a limitation of the older i1D3 probe, and nothing to do with LightSpace/ColourSpace.

God bless you, or whomever you would like to be blessed by
I didn't think that the manual could have changed, and I certainly didn't remember what option I had used before. Since I'm (still) using a LCD, well I chose that option and it's now working (so far so good).
THANK YOU,

From our user guide:
https://www.lightillusion.com/i1display_pro.html
(The two integration tabs)

Sync Mode
Sync Mode sets the mode to best match the display refresh/sync operation.
With the first iteration of the i1Display Pro only Frequency, Period, and BURST are available. With RevB versions of the probe AIO (All In One) mode is the better option for most display types.

AIO Mode
AIO mode is a combination of Frequency and Period modes, and has the capability to synchronize with all displays of any given flicker/frequency, and is the suggested mode for most display types.
AIO mode is only implemented in the later RevB versions of the i1D3 probe.

We do provide all the needed info...
