With the latest version of LightSpace (presently in Beta Testing) we have added the ability to export 1D and 3D LUT for use with DeviceControl for direct loading into compatible LG TVs, such as the C8 WOLED.

New user here. At step 3, when I export it doesn't have a selection for DeviceControl 1D LUT. It has: eecolor, LG, Light Illusion, and Video Card Gamma Table.

I am having similar problems with other guides and instructions; they tell me to do things that I cannot find options or selections for.

The present DeviceControl integration for LG C8 TVs is in Beta release.
The main release will be in a day or so.
(The info here is a bit in advance of the main release).

As for other guides having information you cannot follow, you will have to be a lot more specific.

I have got the download email, but thatpointsto a version from last December, which does not seems to have LG control in it, only Panasonic. The changelog is from December too, as well as this other link on the avmagazine.it
would the December version (2.0.15) control LG OLEDs, or is there a newer version?

The user guide says to log in to device control. What is it talking about? I am at localhost:81 and see nowhere to log in, either there or in the device control text box.

once you have opened the browser on /localhost:81/ you have to create a new device of type "Generic Websocket" configuring in the field "Device Ip" the ip of your tv and then you have to register to Cloud to be able to access device templates

I've also updated the User Guide with more specific info...

Hi Andrew - please see the website info on DeviceControl.
That works with LightSpace for LG use, including the LTE version.
The C9 is in progress of being added to DeviceControl.

Is it possible to calibrate to Rec2020 or HDR?

In the topic in avsforum, the people calibrated to SDR. And the new material, today, is almost UHD (without HDR) or HDR.
