There seems to be a potential issue with the CRIapp leaving the CR-100 in a state that stops LightSpace from correctly setting the probe configurations – specifically Sync frequency, and possibly Exposure Time?
What we have found is that if using the CRIapp software to make changes to the probe you must take a measurement after making any changes, and then disconnect the probe from within the software and then also disconnect from the PC (so powering down the probe), before re-connecting to the PC, and then starting LightSpace.
If you do not do this, occasionally the CR-100 can be left in an incorrect configuration, and will not accept LightSpace commands.
Colorimetry Research are working on this issue.
