Hello eveyone,

Steve, do you think that this projector is suitable for grading? s/pages/christie-hd6k-m-dlp-digital-projector.aspx
Have you calibrated some of this?
Is not clear if this can do rec709 at 100% or even P3.

Hi steve
The link is just for christie page of
mirage hd6k-m.
I''m trying to understand if this projector is a best option for color grading, comparing with sim2 1080 in 709.
Thanks for your thoughts!

I've never seen that projector, so really can't comment.
I'd need to know the native gamut of the displays to even be able to guess at what it is capable of.
Is there any data available?

That's way I was asking.

Ah - without that it's a crap shoot...
You would need to profile one to test it.
