What display type should i choose for the i1 display pro: wled or ps phosfor?

Eizo site says Wide Gamut LED.

Calman tutorial says PS phosfor.

What's the best one?

You will have to ask Eizo that question.
Different displays from the same 'family' can have different backlights.

It would be really useful and helpful if you kept some sort of list or database though. You offer calibration soft- and hardware and have acces to people at Eizo that normal consumers don't have, through your Lightspace integration program. Often the information stated does not immediately match the available edr names. So a bit of guidance here would be great!

Unfortunately, display manufacturers change the screens/backlights they use, without warning, so any such database would be out-of-date as soon as it was started.
