Hi,

Open Device Control.

Cloud -> Cloud User.

Enter a new password there.

Hi, thanks for the answer.
When I enter a new password it just replies Wrong password inserted.

Hi,

After changing the password, close DeviceControl.

Use Windows Explorer, find where you have installed the DeviceControl, and delete all cloud content under conf/device/Memory/Cloud.

Then start DeviceControl, refresh your cloud, and get the Templates again.

The DeviceControl installation is new, on a new machine (old one not recoverable). I need to reset/change the password to first log in. Alternatively I could create a new account and request the templates again.

If you haven't download to your Local any Template yet, you can change the password of your current username.

Then restart DeviceControl and refresh Cloud to get the Templates.

When I go to Cloud -> Cloud User it expects me to insert the old password (which I don't remember and want to reset).
