JVC/Sony/etc Wide Gamut Projector issues - Advanced LightSpace Operation

There are real issues with some wide gamut projectors, as they have a smaller gamut than the required colour space target, with internal colour management that cannot be disabled.

Such projectors suffer gamut edge compression, as they are internally colour managed to Rec2020, and that management cannot be disabled, as described in the Error! page, Pre Calibration Issues.

But using a Reduced Gamut patch set it is possible to ONLY profile the actual gamut area the display can use.
