Light Illusion support really is second to none.
We respond to all requests for help that are sent to use directly - email, or via these forums.
(We may direct email questions to these forums if they are for support for license levels that do not come with 'direct support', such as the free ZRO licenses.)
But, we will respond.
And we will bend over backwards to help our customers.
However, we do not regularly check 'other' forums, so please do not look for Light Illusion support there.
Having said that, other forums can be a good source of 'user' support, with other ColourSpace/LightSpace users offering their assistance and experience.
And that is good.
Often very good, as some users have knowledge that can exceed our own levels for specific use of our software, for example when ColourSpace/LightSpace is being used with additional systems, especially for Home Cinema, such as DeviceControl, PGen, Lumagen, LG TVs, etc...
(Although such questions can also be asked here, as many of the same 'experienced' Light Illusion users do also frequent therse forums.)
And please, before you ask a question do check the website.
We really do try to have answers to obvious questions there - such as for software licensing, etc.
And if you think you have a question ta should be answered via the website, please let us know.
We will look to add any/all such information.
The recently added user guide videos are a prime example of that, and more videos will be added.
Anyway, we are here to help, and will do all we can to ensure our users have the best possible experience, and can generate the best possible calibration results.
