Hello!

I am looking to create a technical viewing LUT within Lightspace CMS. I am trying to create a LUT that I can use on Alexa that pulls information by one stop exactly so I can view instantly what it will look like when the information is pulled one stop. e.g. shooting t/2.8 while in post will be pulling to t/4 to obtain more shadow detail --

I have tried to make this LUT and have not been able to achieve this --

-1 stop from lightspace cms: https://imgur.com/1MLY8OK

My process has been the source being arri alexa EI800 and pull -1. the destination being rec709

I am curious about this process and what I may be doing wrong since the LUT in arri color tool looks around 4 stops under etc.

What is the source image?
What other settings are you using in the Camera Options?

I mean what image are you applying the LUT to?
And what are the other settings within the Camera options.

Hi Julian,

Do you have further info on the actual source image, and other Camera Options settings?

Steve
