RGB balance

Hello!
I ran into a calibration error recently and can't find a quick solution. I'm hoping to find one here.
I'm trying to profile my top emission OLED (FSI) and WOLED (LG) screens, but it seems that the darker regions are having a really bad RGB balance.

I'm making it even worse after I apply the calibration LUT for verification. The red channel is ridiculously high in the dark grey areas. I know I have an aging probe, but the issue is there, as I can also see the red contamination with my eyes, not just from probe readings.
Playing around with the FSI in menu bias settings, the readings are getting better, but with a price on the general RGB balance.

With color space conversion Peak Chroma is making the situation even worse, compared to Fit Space, but none of the algorithms solves the issue in itself.

If I switch back to an old calibration LUT on the FSI, the red (RGB balance) is not an issue. So the panel is probably okay.

Maybe I should use Mono Blend for LUT creation? My probe (i1Pro) is about 3-4 years old. I believe the red contamination comes after I create the LUT file. Maybe I'm messing up something with the settings?

Thanks,
George

The issues will likely be in the profile readings, not the LUT.
The LUT is 'bad', as the profile readings are bad.

What probe settings are you using?
And please post the profile, so it can be fully assessed.

I attached a before-after report with a grey+secondary ramp+. You must be right with the probe settings. I tried various versions, but these worked the best so far. I must be missing something.

I need the profile, not the reports.
And please let me know the probe setting you used.

Sorry steve, but do you mean exporting the profile via .bcs or .xml? Because I can't post these files here. Maybe I should email it to you?

Integration time: 0.25
Synch mode: AIO
Extra delay: 0.5
Calibration Settings: OLED (Generic CMF was recommended by FSI, but I found Oled better)
Intelligen Int. : 1.0
I did use probe matching offset files from FSI. Thus I got slightly better results.

Not sure why you changed the extension to XML?
But, that looks as expected.
The probe cannot measure black, so that isn't helping.
And it is just a quick profile, so has little volumetric data.
You really need to perform a Cube base profile - as large as possible.
That will add valid readings in the shadows.

I would also use Freq. mode for the probe settings, as the User Guide suggests.
AIO is known to not be as good in the shadows/blacks.

I use the quick profile just to check my monitor and probe settings. Then I apply 17'cube characterization for the calibration LUT.
Thank you for the tips! I'll do as you say. I must have forgotten these settings...
