Does the Minolta CS200 is good enough for doing a offset for the Colorimeter Klein K10-A?

The CS200 is not a Spectro.
We would not recommend for such use.

Konica Minolta CS-200 is a hybrid meter (something between a colorimeter & spectroradiometer).

It has only 40 sensors to measure the whole spectral range, so its optical resolution is about 10-15nm.
