This 'special' Technicolor firmware for LG 2017 B7/C7/E7/G7/W7 OLED TV's is not publicly available for download from consumers.

Technicolor FW was a special version, and it will not get any updates.
You can always downgrade to consumer FW; downgrade works in LG 2017 TVs.
Technicolor FW will not support OTA broadcasting over antenna for non-US countries since it's based on US FW for Hollywood and Technicolor.
It's US FW, so it will not support App stores from other countries.
Some Apps may not work in non-US countries, for example, NetFlix will work, Disney+ will not work.
After the LUT generation, apply the videoscale pass black-filter and then select [3D] DeviceControlLG3dpro17_12bits (*.dcp) as LUT export file format.
