There are actually not many 'required' specifications for any laptop for ColourSpace, so long as it will run full Windows 10 OS, and uses OpenGL 3.2, or later, for the graphics...

The greater the CPU power, the faster the processing (LUT generation for example).
And it is best to have a reasonable amount of RAM, but there is no set minimum.
You may also want a way to get HDMI out, for direct profiling?

So realistically, just about any of today's laptops should work.
Including things like a Microsoft Surface tablet.
(I use an old 10" Surface GO tablet, with 4GB RAM, as my backup laptop - and it runs ColourSpace with no problems.)

If I may interject, I'm successfully running ColourSpace (and LightSpace) on a 10-year-old Lenovo laptop with Windows 10 64-bit (upgraded from Windows 7), that has the most basic Intel HD3000 graphics with HDMI out. It doesn't require the latest hardware, for sure.

I was wondering the same. I am testing workflow for ColourSpace on a used PC laptop (Dell Latitude E7470, intel Core i7, ) with 8GB of RAM. I was wondering if I would see a significant speed difference if I would upgrade to 16GB of RAM or even 32GB when profiling a display using Cube?
It seems to be working fine otherwise.

No, increasing the RAM will not make any improvement at all with profiling.
The speed of profiling is defined by the probe - nothing else has any impact of any significance.
