I was using a 2k scope timeline but then switched fo a 1920x1080 one and bypassed all grades. I'll do as you suggest and report back.

I also don't understand how the black level says .28 nits, as when I test black level with the i1 D Pro, I usually land around .09 nits in Uniformity mode, and around .078 in Brightness mode (Eizo CG279x).

Until you fix the TPG issues, anything else is really irrelevant...
It may be the same issue - but you will not know until that is fixed.

This might be a dumb question, but this point has always confused me--If I am sending Video levels out of Resolve (Video vs Data tab under Video Monitoring in Master Settings), should my Patch Scale be set to Full or Legal if using Resolve as the TPG over Network? I've always left the Patch Scale at Full.

That also depends on if your timeline is set for rescaling, or not.
There are multiple locations where rescaling can occur within Resolve...
You have to have the entire signal path set correctly.

The timeline in use also has Data Levels set to Video, just like the Master Settings. Video Bit Depth in Resolve (both Master Settings and Timeline) is set to 10 bit, ColourSpace's Resolution set to 8 bit.

You would really need to discuss that with a Resolve specialist.
We do not use Resolve ourselves.

Jeez, this is so confusing. Ive attached two images--one is from a manual measure of the monitor's black point, which reads around .09 nits. The other is from the LUT Generation window, in which my Min luminance reads at a whopping .5886.

Understood, Steve. I will just use a different TPG in ColourSpace, see if my results are more what I would expect to see.

That will be all part of the 'Sync' issue, as has been mentioned before.
