Can't connect to LG 32EP950-B

Hello, new LTE user here. I'm having trouble establishing a hardware connection in ColourSpace to an LG 32EP950-B.

Seeing Error "setCtrlMode failure".

Monitor connected as only display via HDMI to Windows 11. USB A-B connector running direct to computer. LG Calibration Studio works OK.

Have tried factory reset. Have verified newest drivers installed (arrived last week with VER 3.25.0 installed and confirmed that's the latest).

Elsewhere I saw something about this related to fast USB ports on certain computers. If this is the issue, is there a workaround?

Appreciate any insight.

You have responses via your email support request.
It may be that v3.25 firmware is the issue, as we have not seen that version from LG, and I have requested some testing from you.

Edit to add: LG state v3.20 is the last official release. V3.25 is an internal release, and should not be in any customer monitor.
But, LG also state they have tested v3.25 in the factory, and ColourSpace works correctly.

Update: my error was related to Argyll USB drivers causing conflicts with the USB hub on the display. I had to connect each the i1d3 and i1Pro3 for the driver to show up in device manager, and then uninstall each.

Re: firmware, mine arrived with v3.25, though this is apparently in error. I was able to roll back to 3.20 using the OSC/gaming app. Note: the downloaded driver package gets uploaded to the display as a zip file; it is not meant to be extracted by the user.
