System:
macOS 11.3 (20E232), VirtualBox 6.1.18 r142142 (Qt5.6.3), Windows 10 Pro 20H2 Systembuild 19042.928, Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0
ColourSpaceZRO Beta 1.0.0.1082

Failure:
As soon as I hit "Profiling", a new Window opens and seconds after that a "Failure Screen" "OOPS" opens with the message where the crash file is placed.
Any suggestions and tips to solve that?

Regards from Swittzerland
Thomas

Where to get a "non beta" to see if the problem is based on the VM/Windows or the Beta?

There is no 'non-beta' version.
All versions are exactly the same code.
But, as you are the only user with this issue, it points to the VM environment being the problem.
I would try a different VM environment.

I am using MacOS Big Sure (Intel) and ColourSpace works with VMWare Player Fusion, which is free after you have registered.

@Steve: Do you see any chance of porting ColourSpace to MacOS?

As per the website info, a Mac native version of ColourSpace is planned.
But, we have no guaranteed timescale...

As an update to this issue - the problem is the OpenGL drivers.
They need to be 3.2, or later.

It is the drawing of the graphs that is the issue, and the crash is caused by the OpenGL drivers being too old.
